Alexa x HTC U11 • Hands-Free

Cinemagraphs were all the rage around 2017, when I was hired to create these top-down images for new HTC’s U11 phone. It was the first smart phone to feature hands-fee Alexa. We bopped around a few different locations, even finding a pool in Seattle to shoot at! A few weeks later I received a regular marketing email from Amazon and I opened it to find they were using these images to promote the new phone. This was the first time I had been marketed to using my own work. I felt pretty dang awesome.
